BlackRock Registers Ethereum Trust in Delaware

Continuing its implementation of digital asset services, the $9 trillion asset management firm BlackRock has registered for an Ethereum Trust in Delaware. Indeed, Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas confirmed the firm’s iShares Ethereum Trust in a post to X, formerly Twitter. BlackRock made waves when it announced its filing for a spot Bitcoin ETF with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) earlier this year. BlackRock Includes Coinbase SSA in Spot Bitcoin ETF Refiling

On behalf of BlackRock, Nasdaq has included a Coinbase surveillance sharing agreement (SSA) in a spot Bitcoin ETF refilling. Moreover, the updated submission for iShares Bitcoin Trust was noted in a 19b-4 form. The move follows similar decisions taken in recent Bitcoin exchange-traded fund submissions.  The massive asset manager has reportedly reached an agreement with Coinbase in regard to this new ETF. Fidelity, Schwab, and Citadel launch new institutional crypto exchange

EDX Markets, a crypto exchange with backing from prominent financial entities, including Charles Schwab, Fidelity Digital Assets, and Citadel Securities, has officially commenced trading in four cryptocurrencies. The launch follows EDX’s earlier plan to introduce a “non-custodial” exchange , which was announced in September, just before the FTX collapse occurred two months later.
